Role Overview:

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Toddler Room Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities to toddlers, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and happiness throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver stimulating activities to support toddlers' physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration and learning. Support children's individual needs and development, including personal care and routines. Observe, record, and assess children's progress and development. Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure consistent care and communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming room environment. Adhere to all health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) is essential. Previous experience working with toddlers in a nursery or early years setting is desirable. Good understanding of early years development and childcare best practices. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for working with young children.

Pay: 12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
