Regional Support Deputy Manager

As Regional Support Deputy Manager, you'll step in where you're needed most - providing leadership cover, supporting operational needs, and helping roll out improvements across our nurseries in the East Midlands.

No two days will be the same - but every day you'll be making a positive impact on children, families, and staff.

What You'll Do

Lead the daily operations of nurseries in the absence of Deputy Managers or senior staff Support Nursery Managers to maintain outstanding care, education, and safeguarding standards Motivate and inspire teams across different settings to deliver excellence Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues Contribute to staff training, evaluations, and development initiatives Adapt quickly to new teams and environments, bringing confident and consistent leadership
What We're Looking For

An experienced

Deputy Manager

or strong

Room Leader

ready to step up A flexible and enthusiastic leader who enjoys variety and teamwork Minimum

Level 3 Early Years qualification

(Level 5 desirable) Excellent knowledge of

EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice

in early years Strong communicator with proven organisational and leadership skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a car

(travel across East Midlands required)
