Home From Home Nursery & Pre-school is a nurturing, family-run childcare provider with locations across Surrey (Walton-on-Thames, Woking, New Haw, and soon Molesey). We offer a unique, home-like environment and a bespoke, play-based curriculum focused on emotional wellbeing and child development.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-School Room Lead to join our dedicated team. You will lead our pre-school room, supporting children aged 3-5 years in a warm, flexible, and creative setting. Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of early years practitioners in the pre-school room Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities Support children's independence, self-regulation, and confidence Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety Track developmental progress and contribute to our home-grown curriculum
About You

Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification (essential) Experience working with children aged 3-5 in a nursery or pre-school setting Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of EYFS and play-based learning Passion for emotional wellbeing and a nurturing approach Paediatric first aid (preferred)
