Your Role

As a

Room Leader or Deputy

, you will:

Lead daily activities and ensure high-quality

EYFS delivery

Build strong, positive relationships with children and families Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment indoors and outdoors Support, mentor, and guide your team members Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification

(full and relevant) Experience as a

Room Leader

,

Deputy Room Leader

, or

Senior Nursery Practitioner

Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice Eligible to work in the UK
