Key Responsibilities:
Manage a ratio-bound team, providing guidance and support
Plan and deliver enriching activities for children
Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding
Maintain positive relationships with parents and carers
Mentor staff and support professional development
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
Leadership experience in a nursery setting
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Friendly, adaptable, and professional
