About the Role:

Are you a passionate and dedicated childcare professional with a Level 3 qualification or higher? We're looking for a dynamic Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner to join our fantastic team. You'll have the opportunity to lead a ratio-bound team and build strong, nurturing relationships with both the children and your colleagues.

What You'll Need:

The right to work in the UK. A Level 3 or above childcare qualification (or equivalent). Ability to lead a team and foster strong, positive relationships. A commitment to safeguarding and protecting children. A friendly, adaptable, and positive attitude.

About the Nursery:

Our nursery provides exceptional Early Years education and care for children from birth to 5 years old. We offer a bright, modern setting designed to inspire both children and staff, providing an enriching environment for everyone to thrive. Our children enjoy engaging activities such as sports, science experiments, and cooking with our chef. They also have opportunities to explore local attractions like a nature reserve and an ecology centre, ensuring that every day is filled with new learning experiences and fun!
