About the role

As our

Toddler Room Leader

, you'll lead a small, dedicated team to create a warm, stimulating, and nurturing environment where toddlers can explore, grow, and develop key skills. From supporting emerging language and social development to encouraging independence through play, mealtimes, and routines, you'll help lay the foundations for each child's lifelong love of learning.

You'll mentor and guide your team, ensure high standards of care, and work in partnership with families to build trusting relationships. With access to ongoing training, you'll also could step into a

role within the nursery as part of your development.
