Incy Wincy's Nursery is a high quality setting housed in a special Grade II listed building with it's own gardens and outdoor space. Situated next to the local park there is more green space to enjoy during the working day and easy access to the town of Bedale for lots of learning opportunities and inspiration for children and the staff team.

We are seeking someone with at least a year of experience working with Under 2 year old children to lead, encourage and inspire. Working in a small but busy nursery with a strong core team and lots of happy children! Taking the next step in your childcare career gaining support and knowledge from an excellent, established team. With guidance from the Nursery Manager and senior staff to ensure we provide safe, high quality education and care which meets the individual needs of the children attending.

You will need:

A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification and willingness to undertake further training

- 1 Year of experience as a Room Leader or Supervisor in an Early Years Setting

2 years' experience of working with children aged 0-5

Thorough knowledge of the revised Early Years Foundation Stage (Jan 2024)

A thorough knowledge of the Early Years Outcomes

Knowledge of child protection procedures

The ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels

Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative and passionate about early education

Have a positive, creative, can do approach

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 25,600.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
