Next Generation Day Nursery (Barnehurst) Ltd is a small company that has been running for over 7 years, we have a sister nursery in Bexleyheath that has been operating in the area for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on the good reputation we have built up over the years.

We are closed until 2nd September, successful candidates will be contacted on Tuesday 2nd September and booked for interview on Monday 8th or Tuesday 9th September.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced member of staff to take on the role of Room Leader working with either 2-3 year olds or 3-4 year olds.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated person, who is a team player, enthusiastic and will be able to maintain the Nursery's reputation to be a stimulating, fun, inviting and caring learning environment for young children. Candidates should have excellent knowledge and understanding of children, be full of inspiring ideas to move children through their ages and stages of development. Applicants will need to take charge and ensuring their room is represented in the best way for the children to thrive and succeed in their early years.

The Nursery is open 50 weeks of the year from 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday.

We close for a week in August and a week in December.

This is a Full Time Post working only 4 days a week, staff work 4 days per week having 1 day per week as a rest day with an average of 38.68 working hours per week.

Candidates will need to have a relevant, minimum NVQ level 3 in Childcare.
