Hours:

Full-Time; 40 hours, 51 weeks per year

Nursery Room Leader

who can inspire children and staff alike, turning every day into an adventure!

What you'll be doing:

Leading a team of passionate practitioners in your room Creating a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where children can thrive Planning and delivering exciting activities that spark curiosity and imagination Building positive relationships with children, families and the team Championing play, laughter, and learning in equal measure!

About You:

Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Childcare Experience working in a nursery setting (leadership experience a bonus) A natural motivator with great communication skills Someone who believes every day is chance to make a difference Enthusiastic, creative, and ready to get stuck in - from messy play to singing sessions!
