Beeches Park Day Nursery is part of the DEN Nursery Group. At The DEN, we've spent decades building an approach that allows the children and staff in all our nurseries to thrive.

About the Role



As Room Leader for our Bear Cubs

(1-2 year olds)

, you'll lead a small team of passionate practitioners and create an environment where curiosity and care go hand in hand. You will:

Be a

key person

for several children, building trusting bonds and recording their journey

Lead planning

of fun, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS

Mentor and inspire

your room team through day-to-day leadership Foster

strong partnerships with families

, updating them with warmth and clarity Keep the room safe, organised, stimulating -- and full of joy Work closely with the leadership team to uphold our

high standards of care and compliance


What You'll Need

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) -

essential

Experience in a nursery setting, ideally with toddlers Passion, creativity, and a calm, confident leadership style Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and room management A heart that matches our mission -- to care deeply and celebrate every child
