Level 3 Nursery Room Leader
About Us:
Pembroke Park Childcare LTD is a welcoming nursery dedicated to providing high-quality care and early education in a safe, supportive environment.
The Role:
We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to lead a room and motivate a small team. You will plan and deliver stimulating activities, build positive relationships with children and families, and ensure excellent standards of care and safeguarding.

Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Patience, empathy and strong communication skills Reliable, confident and able to lead a team Positive and enthusiastic with a "can-do" approach
Schedule:
Shifts between 07:30 and 18:00, Monday to Friday No weekends Year-round role (not term-time only)
