The Role

Lead your own room, inspire your team, and create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You'll be hands-on with planning activities, building strong bonds with families, and making your room the best it can be.

Responsibilities

Lead and nurture your team, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care and education. Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based activities that support children's physical, emotional, and social development. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Build strong relationships with parents, sharing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. Keep up to date with best practices in early childhood education.

You'll need:

Level 3 Early Years Educator (or equivalent) Experience in early years or childcare Confidence to lead and motivate a team Strong communication skills A genuine passion for working with children
