About the Role
As a
Level 5 Early Years Educator Apprentice
, you'll play a key part in nurturing and inspiring children during their most important developmental years. Working alongside a supportive, enthusiastic team, you'll help create a safe, stimulating and fun learning environment where every child can thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing and delivering exciting learning experiences to support children's growth across emotional, social, physical, and cognitive areas.
Creating a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued.
Observing and assessing children's progress, and keeping parents updated on their development.
Working collaboratively with your team to shape a curriculum that meets every child's needs.
Keeping accurate records in line with safeguarding and compliance standards.
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Supporting positive behaviour through encouragement and gentle guidance.
What We're Looking For
A
Level 3 qualification
in Early Years (required).
Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow.
Confident communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a love of learning.
Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Strong English language skills.
