Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge - Loudwater, Buckinghamshire, HP10

Salary: 14.27ph / up to 29,681.60pa (depending on qualifications & experience)
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days (4 days considered), shifts between 7.30am-6pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are seeking an enthusiastic Room Leader / Third in Charge to join our welcoming nursery team in Loudwater. Set in a beautiful listed building with both indoor and outdoor Montessori-inspired spaces, our nursery provides a nurturing environment where children from 3 months to 5 years can thrive. Responsibilities

Lead your room and support the wider management team Deliver high-quality childcare and education in line with EYFS Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment Build strong relationships with parents and staff Lead by example with effective teamwork and leadership
About You

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) Previous Room Leader or senior practitioner experience Strong communication and leadership skills Commitment to inclusive practice and outdoor learning Eligible to work in the UK
