We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to be based at our nursery in NW11 7ne. The nursery features state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms with excellent outdoor areas. Candidates should hold Level 3 qualifications and preferably have experience of managing a team of three or four people. Hours: 7:30 am - 17:00 pm from Monday to Friday

Location: 700 Finchley Road, London NW11 7NE.

To be considered for the Nursery Room Leader role, you must have:

At least 1 year's experience in a Nursery Room Leader role or equivalent Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to use your own initiative Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children To provide safe, high-quality education and care for a group of children; to meet legal and statutory requirements; to lead and manage staff daily; to contribute to Andi's Nursery interests and implement Andi's Nursery policies.
