Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Rainbow Corner Loseley Fields. In this role, you will lead a small group of children, guiding their learning through engaging activities tailored to their individual interests. Your leadership will be key in creating an inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a designated nursery room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Implement In the Moment Planning (ITMP) to support child-led learning and development. Facilitate engaging activities that cater to the individual interests of each child. Monitor and assess children's progress, sharing insights with parents and caregivers. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience across the nursery. Encourage positive behavior and social skills among children through modeling and guidance. Support staff in their professional development and foster teamwork within the nursery.

Requirements

A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential. Proven experience in managing a room. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

Pay: 26,676.00-29,640.00 per year
