Nursery Room Leader

to join our fantastic nursery in

Henley, Oxfordshire, RG9!

We are looking for staff who have a genuine love of children, are passionate and dedicated to providing the best care possible. We think it is important to work together as a team to provide high standards of education and build strong relationships with the children. You will be based in either the 9m-2 year or 2-3 year room.

GREAT Salary: 14.00-15.00ph

Days/Hours:

4 Days with 30 minute unpaid lunch break 40 Hours a week / 8am - 6pm All Year Round / Permanent

Nursery Room Leader Responsibilities

Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery. Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery. Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families. Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 3+ qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)

Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or room leader role

Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers Be eligible to work in the UK
