Summary

We are seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join our dynamic team at Be Me Day Nurseries - Islington. This role is pivotal in creating a positive learning environment for young children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering their development. You will play a key role in leading the nursery team and engaging with parents to provide exceptional childcare.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained. Develop engaging learning activities that promote children's development across all areas. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and well-being. Supervise and support staff within the nursery room, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies regarding health and safety. Monitor children's progress through observation and assessment, adapting plans as necessary.

Requirements

Experience in childcare or early years education is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 or above). A passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Leadership qualification preferred.

Pay: 29,000.00-31,500.00 per year
