Summary

We are seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join our dynamic team at the 567 Club Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the nursery room, ensuring a high standard of care and education for our children. You will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery room team to deliver high-quality childcare. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress. Maintain accurate records of children's activities and development. Support staff in their professional development through mentoring and guidance.

Requirements

Experience working in a childcare setting is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 3 or above) is essential. A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
