About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Room Leader
to join our nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified childcare professional to take on a leadership role, supporting children's development and guiding the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a designated nursery room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Support, mentor, and supervise nursery practitioners within the room. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and wellbeing. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies.
Requirements:
Minimum
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
. At least3 years' experience
in early years and childcare. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
