The Role:



As a Room Leader at St. George's Nursery, you'll take on a key leadership position, managing your own room and supporting your team to provide outstanding care and education. Your duties will include:

Team Guidance

: Lead and motivate your room's team, ensuring delivery of exceptional care and educational practice.

Curriculum Delivery

: Plan and execute an engaging, age-relevant curriculum tailored to the developmental stages of each child.

Family Partnerships

: Build meaningful, supportive relationships with parents, maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding their child's journey.

Environment Oversight

: Maintain a secure, inclusive, and enriching learning space where children feel safe and inspired.

Quality Enhancement

: Continuously reflect on and improve the standard of care and learning, promoting a culture of excellence.

About You:



We're seeking a Room Leader who is dedicated to early years education and eager to grow into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications

: A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent), with thorough knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Experience

: Hands-on experience in an early years setting, with some prior leadership or mentoring exposure being advantageous.

Leadership Ability

: Excellent organisational and team-leading skills, with a talent for encouraging and guiding others.

Communication

: Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging confidently with children, families, and colleagues.

Dedication

: A heartfelt passion for early childhood development and a commitment to delivering exceptional learning experiences.
