The Role:

As a Room Leader at St. George's Nursery, you'll step into a vital leadership position, managing your own room and guiding your team to deliver outstanding care and education. Your duties will include:

Team Guidance:

Lead and inspire your room's team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and learning practice.

Curriculum Delivery:

Plan and deliver a fun, engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of each child.

Family Partnerships:

Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, maintaining clear and ongoing communication about their child's journey.

Environment Oversight:

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space where children feel supported and encouraged.

Quality Enhancement:

Continually reflect on and uplift the standard of care and education, championing a culture of excellence.

About You:

We're looking for a Room Leader who is passionate about early years education and eager to step into leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications:

A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent), with solid knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Experience:

Practical experience in an early years setting, with any prior leadership or mentoring experience being beneficial.

Leadership Ability:

Strong organisational and team-leading skills, with a talent for motivating and guiding others.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with children, families, and colleagues.

Dedication:

A sincere passion for early childhood development and a commitment to providing rich learning experiences.
