The Role

As a

Room Leader

, you'll take on a key leadership role, guiding your team to deliver exceptional care and education.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading your team

- motivating and supporting staff to provide high-quality learning and care.

Delivering the curriculum

- planning fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.

Building parent partnerships

- keeping families informed and engaged in their child's development.

Creating safe spaces

- maintaining an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating environment.

Driving quality

- reflecting on practice and championing excellence across your room.
About You

We're looking for someone who is excited about early years education and confident stepping into leadership.

You will have:

A recognised

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)

Hands-on

experience in an early years setting

Strong organisational and leadership skills A passion for motivating others and building positive relationships Excellent communication skills with children, colleagues, and parents Dedication to creating enriching learning opportunities every day
