Job Type: Full Time, permanent, 40 hours per week

• Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education
• Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside
• Deliver learning experiences that support children\xe2\x80\x99s development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child\xe2\x80\x99s unique needs
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis

Who you are For our nursery, we are looking for Room Leaders that;

• Must be Level 3 qualified or above.
• Have Experience with an Early Years setting ideally as Room Leader or similar
• A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with \xe2\x80\x9cGood\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cOutstanding\xe2\x80\x9d outcomes.
• An inspirational Room Leader that can develop a high performing team
