Nursery Room Leader

to join our super nursery near

Brixton, London SE5!

Are you an experienced Room Leader looking for a new challenge? Or a passionate Level 3 practitioner, looking to take the next step in your career? Then we want to hear from you! You will be based in the Baby room for this role.

Salary: Up to 29,000pa / 13.00-14.00 per hour

(Depending on experience/qualification)

Days/Hours:

32 hours over 4 days

or

40 hours a week over 5 days Shifts between 7am - 7pm Permanent / All Year Round
*Please note all roles are all year round and we cannot accommodate school hours/term time requests

About the Room Leader Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Manager to join our team. This role is essential in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest children. The Nursery Room Manager will be responsible for managing the nursery room, leading a team of childcare professionals, and ensuring that all children receive high-quality care and early childhood education. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a genuine love for working with children.

About You as our Room Leader

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)

Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning environment within the nursery. Be eligible to work in the Uk
