Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a room, ensuring high standards of care and education Oversee planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Support, guide, and supervise staff within the room Monitor children's development and contribute to observations and reports Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

A

minimum Level 3 qualification

in Childcare / Early Years Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or leadership role Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices Good leadership, organization, and communication skills
