Call-out to Pre-school People! We are looking for a Room Leader to join our fabulous team!

We are looking for an exceptional and warm ROOM LEADER, with passion and energy.

Cuddly Bear Day Care is a family run business, starting as a Childminders and then opening it's first nursery in 2012. We have always been a second home to children, where they feel valued and loved and is a place for them to learn and be creative through play and art. As we expand, so does our team need to grow!

With management support, you will be responsible for ensuring the best care, practice and education for our children and our colleagues. You will have good experience of;

Supervising or positively leading a group of colleagues Providing fun and stimulating activities within the EYFS in a nursery Great working knowledge of the 2 Year Checks, children's files & planning At least a L3 full and relevant qualification or equivalent
