30,000 - 38,000 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced

Nursery Room Leader

(and Nursery Practitioners) to join our dedicated early years team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting young children's development within a supportive, creative, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily nursery operations within your room. Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS. Ensure safeguarding, safety, and wellbeing of all children. Support children's learning through play, curiosity, and exploration. Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress and wellbeing. Maintain accurate developmental records and assessments. Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inspiring environment.

Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). Experience as a

Room Leader

in a nursery setting. Strong knowledge of child development and EYFS best practice. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A genuine passion for early years education and supporting children's growth.

Pay: 30,000.00-37,000.00 per year
