Nursery Room Leader

40 Hours a week

Salary - Starting from 30,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Level 3 or above in Early Years Required

This role is positioned within our team at Monkey Puzzle and as our Room Leader ?you will be required to:

Work closely within the nursery management team to provide a high level of professional leadership to room based staff To support room staff in their roles and maintain positive working partnerships with the team, parents, carers and outside agencies To generate creative ideas to inspire learning, write reports and keep clear and accurate records Promote a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage Be a strong communicator with both adults and children

Qualifications Required

Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Childcare
