Salary: Starting from 30,000 per year
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Room Leader
to join our nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional to take on a leadership role and help shape the early years experience for children in our care.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team within your designated nursery room. Plan, implement, and oversee engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and safety are consistently maintained. Support and mentor nursery practitioners, promoting professional development. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements:
Level 3 in Childcare or higher
(essential). Minimum 2 years' experience in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred). Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework. A genuine passion for working with children.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
