About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Room Leader to join a vibrant and nurturing early years setting. You'll take the lead in a busy playroom, guiding a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education. If you're passionate about early years and ready to inspire both children and staff, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support nursery staff in their day-to-day duties. Maintain high standards of childcare and education in line with EYFS. Ensure children are allocated to key carers and their needs are met. Provide feedback and build positive relationships with parents and carers. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Support staff development through mentoring and supervision.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a nursery. Sound knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices. Strong leadership and communication skills. Positive, reliable, and professional.
