Location: Watford

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Salary: Up to 31345.00 per annum + additional pay based on qualifications

Contract: Year-round role (50 weeks per year)

To be considered for this role you must have:

Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent Ideally you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance Experience of Leading a team in an early years' environment and managing a key group of children Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and confident at leading Empathetic, caring, and friendly Excellent planning and organisation skills
