Up to 15.00 per hour / approx 19,300 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:45pm

Your Role

Develop and deliver inspiring educational programmes Oversee day-to-day operations including routines, meals, and activities Build strong relationships with parents and keep them informed Maintain a safe, organised, stimulating environment Ensure compliance with policies and drive continuous improvement

About You

Level 3+ Childcare qualification (full and relevant)

Experience as Room Leader or similar leadership role Strong understanding of EYFS & Ofsted requirements Excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about supporting children's learning and well-being Eligible to work in the UK
