Location:

Totton, High Street (3-minute walk from the train station)

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)

Salary:

28,600 per annum + up to 400 Qualification Bonus

What You'll Do

As Room Leader, you'll:


Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences. Support children's physical, emotional, and social development. Lead by example, promoting best practices and consistency. Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments. Maintain accurate records using EyLog and EyMan systems. Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all.
