At Beaumont House, we are now seeking an experienced senior practitioner for to lead and support our busy Toddler Room. We will offer you a 38 hr working week, salary is up to 33,572 depending on qualifications and experience together with mega benefits.

As Head of Room you will:

Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room Lead and support your team together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice always. Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met Qualified level 3 or above, with at least 3 years experience of working in a day nursery and at least 1 year of leading a team
