This role is for our 2-3 year old room, 40 hours over 4 days.

Your responsibilities day to day would include:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's learning and development and ensuring your team are engaging with the children in their learning

- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for children in the nursery

- Manage the daily care routines of children, including feeding, nappy changing, and sleeping

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and progress

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

- Working in a nursery or early childhood education setting

- Strong leadership skills to guide and support other staff members

- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with children, parents, and colleagues

- Knowledge of childcare principles and practices

- Passion for working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences

Salary:30,472 - 33800 per annum
