Your Role as a Nursery Room Leader

Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities using Bee Curious, our very own curriculum in your room. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children. Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents. Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children. Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.

What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Passionate about fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families.
