Ivy House Weybridge, our flagship setting, are looking for someone kind and caring who is

Level 3 qualified

within childcare to come and lead our magical baby room. We welcome someone who wants to put their own stamp on this beautiful space adding to the awe and wonder. You will create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment and support and guide a small team, where everyone supports each other. We love to go out and about exploring our local community from the park to the library and beyond. Creating cosy dens and offering the best cuddles is a must!

You will work alongside a support a small staff team and have a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a positive team. We use an app for all documentation and support an environment of minimal paperwork, focusing on spending time with the children and ensuring they have daily opportunities to reach their full potential.

A good understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding awareness is paramount. We offer in-house training and development opportunities, generous staff holidays and we do all we can to promote a happy, healthy working environment.
