We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our lovely nursery team in

Woodford, London, IG8!

We would love for warm, caring and experienced Level 3 / Nursery Room Leader to join our caring, welcoming and supportive team. Salary:

A competitive salary of 29,000 - 32,000pa - depending on age, qualifications, and experience

Days/Hours: (Please see below)

40 Hours / Monday-Friday Shifts between 7.30-6.30pm All Year / Permanent
*Please note we cannot accommodate school hours or term time

Nursery Room Leader Responsibilities

Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our tight-knit team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times. Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)

Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or room leader

Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers Be eligible to work in the UK
