Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader/Deputy to oversee a Montessori nursery environment and provide exceptional care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate excellent leadership skills. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere for all.
Requirements
Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth. Knowledge of nursery operations and best practices in childcare is desirable. A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare is preferred but not mandatory.
