We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to oversee an established nursery environment, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating space for children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with young children. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering the development of each child in our care.

Duties

Lead and manage the nursery team, providing guidance and support to staff members. Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents that occur within the nursery. Foster a positive environment that encourages children to explore, play, and learn through hands-on experiences. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive approach to childcare and education.

Requirements

A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for childcare and the development of young children. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings. Knowledge of best practices in childcare and early years education is an advantage.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
