The team is made up of dedicated educators who genuinely love what they do - and it shows in everything from their approach to learning to the nurturing relationships they build with children and families.

Your role will include:

Leading by example to promote high standards of care and education Supporting and supervising room staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Implementing the EYFS and key carer system effectively Ensuring children are allocated to key carers appropriately Building professional, supportive relationships with families Promoting the nursery to both current and prospective parents Fostering a positive, open working environment for staff

About you:

Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (or equivalent) Strong leadership skills and experience in a nursery setting A warm, approachable nature with excellent communication skills A deep understanding of the EYFS framework
