We have an exciting opportunity for a

new Room Leader, working 40 hours per week, either 4 full days (10 hours) or 5 days (8 hours)

To be considered for the Nursery Room Leader role you must have:

At least 2 years' experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar A full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to use your own initiative Leadership experience / ability Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children

On a daily basis, you will be working together as a team to create fun-filled days for the children and yourselves. You will also be in control of deciding what resources you want to spend your budget on and taking ownership of the room and it's layout in order to create some memorable days together.
