Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at QCE Nurseries. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality early years education and fostering positive relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery room team to deliver high-quality early years education. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. Plan and implement engaging learning activities that meet the developmental needs of each child. Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to build strong relationships. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.

Requirements

Qualified in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. A passion for working with children and commitment to their development.
