Little Paradise Nursery is opening soon in Solihull. We are creating a warm, safe and inspiring environment for children to explore, learn and grow. We are looking for caring and motivated individuals who are passionate about early years education.

Current Vacancies

Nursery Manager

Qualified to a minimum Level 3 in Early Years (Level 5 preferred) Strong leadership experience in an Ofsted registered setting Confident in safeguarding, curriculum planning, and compliance Able to build a high quality team and positive parent relationships
Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Staff

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification Passion for children's development and learning Kind, creative, patient, and team focused Full time and part time roles available
Office Administrator

Strong communication and organisation skills Good knowledge of nursery administration, admissions and record keeping Computer literate and confident with parent communication
Cleaner

Maintains high standards of hygiene and safety Prior experience in childcare or school settings preferred Flexible working hours
