The Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead our 2-3 year olds room. Whether full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week), you will play a vital role in creating a warm, supportive, and stimulating environment, leading your team with confidence, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily running of the 2-3 room and inspire your team Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families Support and mentor practitioners, fostering professional growth Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are always followed Monitor and record children's development, celebrating achievements and supporting progress
About You

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) Strong experience working with children aged 2-3 Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about early years education, with strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
