Join our dynamic team as Nursery Staff, welcoming both Qualified and Unqualified candidates!

The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 years. Ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting children's growth through play and learning.

Responsibilities

- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children. - Design and execute stimulating activities that encourage learning and growth. - Address the emotional, social, and physical needs of children. - Communicate proficiently with children, parents, and team members. - Monitor and evaluate children's progress, maintaining records of their development. - Ensure the nursery environment remains clean and well-organised. - Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold excellent standards of care. - Engage in staff meetings and professional training to develop skills.

Qualifications

- Got experience with tiny humans? Great, we want you! - No Early Childhood degree? No worries, we value enthusiasm over credentials. - Fluent in English? You'll need it to chat with kids and decode parent-speak. - Love kids and care about their growth? That's non-negotiable! - Join us to shape the future, one giggle and sticky hand print at a time!

Extras

You'll either need a full DBS on the update service or apply for one at cost to your self.

Its 2-4 days per week, depending on your hours. Usually 0730-530 or 8-6.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
