Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management strategies to support positive social interactions and emotional well-being. Conduct assessments of children's progress through observations and standardized testing to inform lesson planning and individualized support. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's development milestones, behavioral updates, and educational goals. Incorporate specialized techniques such as Montessori methods or early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs, including children with special education requirements. Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental progress, and classroom incidents while ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and standards.

Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, demonstrating strong classroom management skills. Expertise in curriculum development with a focus on early childhood education principles and literacy education techniques. Knowledge of childhood development stages, behavior management strategies, and classroom safety protocols. Familiarity with teaching physical education activities and integrating movement into daily routines. Ability to adapt lesson plans for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Experience with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods to support individual learning goals. Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, classroom setup, and maintaining detailed records. Knowledge of Montessori methods or other specialized educational approaches is a plus.
