Incorporate specialized techniques such as Montessori methods or early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs, including children with special education requirements.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental progress, and classroom incidents while ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and standards.
Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, demonstrating strong classroom management skills.
Expertise in curriculum development with a focus on early childhood education principles and literacy education techniques.
Knowledge of childhood development stages, behavior management strategies, and classroom safety protocols.
Familiarity with teaching physical education activities and integrating movement into daily routines.
Ability to adapt lesson plans for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
