Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities to support learning and development.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support and guide nursery assistants in daily activities and classroom management.
Ensure compliance with nursery policies, procedures, and Ofsted regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of child development and early years education.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Additional Skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education.
Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the nursery and children.
